The magazine Retos is in the second quartile of Scopus in: Education (perceptile 68, position 494 of 1543); Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (59rd percentile, position 131 out of 321); Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation (64th percentile, 88th position out of 247) and in the first quartile in Pharmacy (78th percentile, position 10 out of 45).

Retos was founded in 2002. Since then, its mission has been to publish original scientific works carried out with rigor and that make a contribution to the progress of the sciences of physical activity and sports and their derived professional fields. Manuscripts of a scientific nature are preferably accepted (basic and / or applied research work. Articles with multivariate analysis will take precedence). Also published are articles of dissemination and / or empirical didactic experiences (exchange of proposals and experiences developed and investigated) and articles of theoretical reviews (only with prior consensus with the editor of the journal).
