THE INFLUENCE OF A PROGRAMME OF PSYCHOMOTOR INTERVENTION ON CREATIVE DRIVE IN EARLY YEARS PUPILS
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this study, we analyse the effects that a psychomotor intervention programme can have on the
levels of motor creativity (fluidity, originality and imagination) of a group of children in their
last year at Childhood Education. For this purpose, we had the participation of a control group
that was not receiving a psychomotor intervention as such. The creativity levels of both groups
were assessed using the Creatively Thinking about Action and Movement test by Torrance, and
significant improvements were found in the variables studied in the experimental group with
regard the ones in the control group.
