Abstract

Taking into account the potential of evaluation of learning to foster improvement measures in schools, this paper focuses on low achievement cases. Using the nominal group technique, a repertoire of actions has been generated regarding the analysis of reality of schools, such as curriculum and organizational measures guided towards the participation of the educational community or the demand of external services. The adoption of these measures has been related to different situations of low achievement that could take place in primary and secondary schools.
