Main Article Content
Abstract
During the last decade there has been a bloom in the educational reforms in multiple latinamerican universities. Having in mind that the changes in the educational institutions are only possible through the teacher´s mediation, whose commitment with the proposal generate changes in their thinking and acting, it is the reason why we present this article like a proposal for the formation and assessment planning of the competences in the high level educaction frame. First of all we evaluate some aspects related to the educational paradigm based on competences, after this we went into the educative and instructional design, concluding with the proposal that we have implemented during the past year. We’ve currently found ourselves in the research process for our first validation.
