Abstract
This study is directed towards the identification of possible standards for an evaluation of efficiency and functionality of e-learning program design and is carried out on a number of professional families. The objective is obtaining information that could facilitate the evaluation of the e-learning program designs keeping in mind the adaptation of technology used for an improved methodological didactic adjustment of the program. The basis of this is the analysis provided by judges on the adaptation of different technological resources and on the ability of the e-learning of programs. The result offered is a standards structure that may be used in an evaluation protocol framework.
