Employment and training of graduates

Abstract

We show in this work the research results made to 69 different university graduates from five different Andalusian universities (N=1,903) to know: the students’ occupation level when in the university, the assessment they make about their university education, the level of acquisition of professional competences, extra training period to University Education, their work-related situation. Statistically significant differences have been found across a student’s t test between the professional abilities obtained before and after their university education. We also tested the existence of a statistically significant relation among those who made extra training period to University Education and the acquisition of any job.
