Abstract

In the present work we approached, on the one hand, the study of the evaluation that the infirmary students’ have of the interpersonal competences, and of the importance that they attribute to them in the sanitary professional exercise, and the evaluative perception that they have with respect to the received social competence formation throughout his university curriculum. We have made the study with the students of the last course of Infirmary of the Universities of the Basque Country and of Cantabria. The results indicate the granted importance to certain interpersonal competences in the professional exercise of the infirmary profession as well as profiles in these competences that have the students. We expose the found significant differences, between the detected universities as well as formative deficiencies in the dominion of these social competences. Finally we formulated conclusions and improvements.
