Comportamento em relação ao consumo de líquidos após atividade física em indivíduos indonésios ativos

Resumo

Faltam informações confiáveis ​​sobre comportamentos de reidratação pós-exercício, especialmente em relação à preferência e estimulação de bebidas. Utilizando uma técnica de amostragem aleatória, 661 participantes de três grupos (desportistas, atletas e treinadores) foram escolhidos aleatoriamente para preencher um questionário sobre a ingestão de líquidos pós-exercício. A correlação de Pearson foi utilizada para examinar os dados e encontrar a conexão entre modalidade de exercício, frequência e duração. O estudo indicou que água mineral, bebidas eletrolíticas e leite foram as três opções mais consumidas para reidratação após o exercício. Para os adeptos do desporto, o sabor e a acessibilidade são os factores mais importantes na compra de uma bebida, seguidos das preferências pessoais sobre os benefícios do seu conteúdo. Porém, o aspecto mais importante para atletas e treinadores é o conhecimento dos benefícios favoráveis ​​dos componentes. Ao contrário da maioria dos participantes nesta pesquisa, que tinham motivos para enfatizar a acessibilidade, a maioria dos entusiastas do desporto escolhe a água mineral como bebida preferida. Ao mesmo tempo, atletas e treinadores que estão conscientes da influência que as bebidas têm no desempenho tendem a dar maior prioridade às capacidades do conteúdo para melhorar o desempenho.
