Higiene postural: fatores que influenciam a postura correta em crianças e adolescentes. Uma revisão sistemática

Resumo

A higiene postural é a técnica de posicionar o corpo de forma natural, seja em estado estático ou dinâmico. Nesse sentido, a coluna vertebral é a estrutura base para a estabilidade do ser humano, portanto, medidas preventivas devem ser tomadas para o seu correto funcionamento. O objetivo da presente revisão é identificar os fatores que influenciam a postura corporal correta em escolares. Foi realizada busca por estudos científicos publicados até maio de 2023 nas bases de dados PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus e SciELO. As palavras-chave utilizadas foram: “postura corporal” AND crianças OR adolescentes OR escolares OR escolares AND escola OR escolas. Foram incluídos todos os artigos que avaliaram a postura corporal e o efeito gerado pelo uso habitual de mochila em escolares. A estratégia de busca rendeu 3.030 estudos, dos quais 33 atenderam aos critérios de elegibilidade. É necessário avaliar as alterações que se desenvolvem na coluna, bem como a criação de programas de exercícios para prevenir erros e deformidades posturais, com o objetivo de melhorar a higiene postural nas crianças.
