Feedback formativo: perceção docente sobre a sua implementação e resultados no processo de ensino e aprendizagem em educação física

A retroalimentação formativa é uma estratégia pedagógica essencial que facilita a aprendizagem ativa e reflexiva, permitindo que os alunos se envolvam de maneira crítica no seu próprio processo educativo, e que os docentes ajustem de forma eficaz os seus métodos de ensino, promovendo um ambiente de aprendizagem contínua e adaptativa. Esta estratégia cobra especial relevância na educação física, onde o desenvolvimento das competências motoras e dos conhecimentos teórico-práticos é favorecido por uma abordagem dinâmica e centrada no estudo, permitindo uma aprendizagem mais personalizada e eficaz. O objetivo desta investigação foi explorar as perceções dos professores de educação física em relação à implementação e aos resultados da retroalimentação formativa no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Para isso, ele levou a cabo um estúdio qualitativo com um design interpretativo, envolvendo uma lista de 20 professores (11 homens e 9 mulheres) que trabalham na região de Valparaíso, Chile. Pode utilizar consultas on-line e entrevistas semiestruturadas. O instrumento continha seis questões abertas, validadas mediante o julgamento de peritos. Os hallazgos sugerem que a retroalimentação formativa é uma ferramenta fundamental na gestão dos processos de aprendizagem aprendizagem em educação física, contribuindo para a melhoria da motivação, rendimento e autonomia estudantil. Se existirem barreiras contextuais que limitam a sua eficácia, os professores promovem estratégias para gerar ambientes de aprendizagem favoráveis aos alunos.
