Intensidade do futebol segundo posição de jogo em uma equipe da liga profissional juvenil chilena

Fundo. O futebol é um esporte coletivo que gera altas demandas bioenergéticas, mas atualmente há poucas evidências de análise da intensidade do jogo em jovens jogadores de futebol no Chile. Mirar. Comparar a carga externa de acordo com a posição de jogo em jovens jogadores de futebol (sub-19) de uma equipe da liga profissional chilena de futebol. Métodos. Participaram 16 jovens jogadores de futebol chilenos pertencentes a uma equipe profissional, com idade entre 17 e 19 anos (18,2 ± 0,32), distribuídos de acordo com a posição de jogo em defesas (n=6), meio-campistas (n=5) e atacantes (n=5). =5). A intensidade do jogo foi avaliada durante cinco partidas da fase final do campeonato chileno da primeira divisão com um sistema de monitoramento de posicionamento global (GPS) sem fio da marca Catapult®, utilizando uma frequência de amostragem de 10Hz. Resultados. Foram encontradas diferenças na distância total no primeiro tempo entre defensores e atacantes, entre defensores e meio-campistas com tamanho de efeito médio (η²p=0,302), também houve diferenças no sprint > 25-30 km/h entre defensores e atacantes, entre defensores e meio-campistas, e entre atacantes e meio-campistas com tamanho de efeito pequeno (η²p =0,225), finalmente houve diferenças nos medidores de alta intensidade entre atacantes e meio-campistas, entre atacantes e defensores com tamanho de efeito médio (η²p =0,252). os sprints de intensidade muito alta (> 31km/h) apresentaram diferenças apenas entre os atacantes e meio-campistas com tamanho de efeito pequeno (η²p =0,137). Conclusões. No presente estudo foram encontradas diferenças na carga externa de acordo com a posição de jogo, sendo os atacantes os que apresentaram maiores intensidades de jogo durante a partida em comparação aos zagueiros e meio-campistas. Estes resultados fornecem dados de referência que podem ser utilizados na tomada de decisão das equipas técnicas para otimização tática, individualização do treino e gestão da recuperação em jovens futebolistas.
