Satisfação com a vida e a adolescência na educação física na Espanha

Resumo

A satisfação com a vida (SV) durante a adolescência pode ser influenciada por diversos fatores e a educação física desempenha um papel importante neste período crucial do desenvolvimento. Refere-se à forma como se sentem em relação à sua existência, tendo em conta as suas relações sociais, o seu ambiente académico, o seu bem-estar emocional e o seu sentido de realização pessoal. Essa satisfação pode influenciar seu desempenho acadêmico, saúde mental e bem-estar geral. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a satisfação com a vida em estudantes espanhóis de Educação Física de 6 a 18 anos. 723 alunos receberam a Escala de Satisfação com a Vida (SLSS). Os resultados mostram um nível de VS geral muito semelhante dependendo do sexo. Quanto à idade, parece manter uma correlação negativa com o VS, ao contrário do IMC, que não parece ter influência no VS. Quanto à localização do centro, verifica-se uma ligeira influência no nível de VS, sem encontrar diferenças significativas. Conhecer os fatores que influenciam a VS fornece à comunidade educativa ferramentas para promover um estilo de vida saudável e melhorar o bem-estar geral dos adolescentes.
