ESTUDIO DESCRIPTIVO SOBRE LAS EXPECTATIVAS LABORALES DE LA POBLACIÓN FEMENINA

Abstract

This article presents the most significant obtained descriptive results in a research that is based on a particular model of profiles of feminine employment as offered and demanded by companies. It analyzes the characteristics and expectations of the feminine population of capital Seville facing employment, also their necessities of orientation and formation. In particular, it describes the situation of the feminine sector facing the working world, with the purpose of focusing on the formative work and on the occupational orientation of these women. Specifically, this study gives evidence of the considerable need of labour orientation that this group has when their available knowledge about employment is limited.
