Our point of view is an experience related to training of trainers. In this context we present the impact of a training program, involving various informants, different strategies and different instruments of data collections. The proposal is to present some results of the impact of this training in different contexts and institutional levels. We present the conclusions round three axes as effectiveness of training realized, valuations of transfer and their problems, and the last one, the future expectations of this impact.
