Abstract

Currently, there are many issues of concern to society as a whole, but if we have to define certain areas in a comprehensive manner, the episodes relating to violence and the absence of peaceful coexistence in its various manifestations, jump to different media communication with an everyday concern. Indeed, the educational context is no stranger to this problem, as numerous news related to the conflicts in the classroom. So improving the school incidents and the peaceful resolution of conflicts is a subject of interest to all segments of the educational community, institutions, social partners, media and society in general, arriving in different countries to regulate normatively, through organic laws, decrees or other measures of a different consideration. This research is a theoretical framework promoting the Culture of Peace through Education, the Plan Andaluz de Culture of Peace and Nonviolence and specific projects «School: Space for Peace», as one of the preventive measures against school violence in the Autonomous Region of Andalusian. It is intended to determine the adequacy of the implementation of these projects under the Education Project of the centres in the province of Jaén, through a study based on a descriptive methodology, that through the implementation of a Likert scale to elaborate Indeed, in a sample of schools involved in the Plan, to establish the value of these integrated projects.
