STUDENT LEADERSHIP IN THE UNIVERSITY OF GRANADA BASED ON AN INTROSPECTIVE DIMENSION

Abstract
This work is a descriptive study focused on knowing the leadership of student representatives in the University of Granada, according to their perceptions referred to why they are chosen (attributions); for what (functions, expectations); how they develop their role (practice of leadership) and the assessment (satisfactions and deceptions). The results have been obtained through a non experimental design by questioning method with a discussion group in which the sample has been chosen intentionally depending on diversity of representative criteria for every Faculty (age, sex, old, etc.).
