Modelos de responsabilidade social corporativa no setor esportivo. Uma revisão sistemática

As organizações desportivas servem de plataforma para a realização de transformações a nível social, ambiental e económico e para a promoção do bem-estar das pessoas. Dessa forma, são levantadas ações sustentáveis e, na busca do sucesso organizacional, mecanismos regulatórios são implantados e a opinião dos stakeholders é respeitada. O objetivo desta revisão sistemática é identificar e descrever os modelos de responsabilidade social corporativa implantados no setor esportivo. Seguindo a estrutura do protocolo PRISMA, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática em quatro bases de dados (SportDiscus, Scopus, Scielo e Proquest), utilizando as palavras-chave "responsabilidade social corporativa", "modelo", "esporte", "medição" e "esporte organização ”, o período de busca foi de 10 anos (2011-2020) e um total de 15 artigos foram selecionados. Dentre os resultados, constatou-se que os modelos de RSC no setor esportivo são escassos e os existentes baseiam-se em escalas, questionários e roteiros de entrevistas semiestruturadas para conhecer a opinião de torcedores, atletas e dirigentes. Evidências científicas apontam para a necessidade de implementação efetiva de modelos de RSE, pois são um canal de motivação, confiança e legitimidade com atletas, torcedores e grupos de interesse, melhorando a imagem corporativa e o relacionamento com a comunidade. Esta pesquisa apresenta uma linha de estudos para pesquisas futuras e sugestões para que as organizações esportivas gerem benefícios para grupos de interesse e promovam valores.
