Aptidão Física e Bullying na Sala de Aula de Educação Física

Resumo

O índice de sedentarismo e inatividade física vem aumentando nos últimos anos, o que representa um risco à saúde de toda a população, uma vez que a condição física, preditora de mortalidade, piorou. Por outro lado, as taxas de bullying continuam a apresentar uma tendência ascendente, representando um problema de interesse social, uma vez que a saúde mental de quem o sofre é prejudicada. A ciência identificou a atividade física como um regulador do comportamento. Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar perfis que sofrem ou praticam esse bullying, explorando as diferenças entre os sexos, localização da escola e estágio educacional, e a correlação entre a autopercepção da aptidão física e as dimensões do bullying. O teste de Kolmogo-rov-Smirnov foi utilizado para determinar as características dos dados, o teste de Mann Whitney-U foi utilizado para explorar diferenças entre as variáveis ​​e o teste de Spearman foi utilizado para correlações entre o FP VAS A e o EBIPQ. Foram encontradas correlações inversas entre a dimensão vítima e as dimensões VAS A FP, com maior incidência em meninas do ensino médio e ambientes urbanos.
