Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio cuantitativo y cualitativo es analizar las percepciones de los estudiantes sobre el uso de Facebook y Google classroom por medio de los algoritmos deep learning y árbol de decisión. Los participantes son 54 estudiantes (42 hombres y 12 mujeres) de la Facultad de Ciencias en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México durante el ciclo escolar 2022. En este estudio, los resultados del algoritmo deep learning señalan que Facebook y Google classroom influyen positivamente la motivación y participación en la educación a distancia. Asimismo, el algoritmo árbol de decisión facilitó la identificación de las condiciones predictivas sobre el uso de estas herramientas tecnológicas considerando las características de los estudiantes. En conclusión, los profesores pueden utilizar Facebook y Google classroom para favorecer la creación de nuevas actividades escolares, promover la participación de los alumnos desde cualquier lugar y motivar a los participantes durante el aprendizaje bajo la modalidad a distancia.
