REQUIREMENTS FOR A QUALITY EDUCATIONAL TREATMENT OF DIVERSITY

Abstract
The quality of education should be extended today to all the people, even those with any particular intense diversity. The nowadays conception proposes the educational treatment of every person in an inclusive context with his/her target group; but for this treatment be accommodated to criteria of quality, must be according to some specific requirements, that are put forward by authoritative authors and by empirical studies. In the research —now presented— to empirically demonstrate such requirements, have participated highly involved and intensely experienced people. Their opinions, collected by written and oral interrogation and by observation, have shown the need of material, personal (such as well trained teachers and other professionals), methodological and organizational means.
