Características e efeitos dos programas de exercícios físicos para sobreviventes de câncer mais velhos: uma revisão do escopo

Há uma discrepância sobre as características e efeitos dos programas baseados em exercícios em sobreviventes de câncer mais velhos (OCS). Portanto, esta revisão de escopo teve como objetivo identificar as características e os efeitos dos programas de atividade física na saúde OCS. Esta revisão de escopo seguiu as diretrizes do PRISMA e incluiu ensaios clínicos randomizados e ensaios clínicos da MEDLINE por PubMed, Scopus, Scielo e PEDro, publicados entre 2010 e 2020. Os resultados sugerem que programas físicos foram realizados em centros de saúde (54,2%) e foram com base na prática de exercícios físicos (74,4%). A duração das intervenções de exercício foi entre 3-6 meses (87,5%) foi realizada 2-3 vezes por semana (73,1%) com uma duração entre 20-60 minutos (78,2%) e foi executado por profissionais de saúde (94,4%) . Os desfechos de saúde com efeitos mais positivos foram atividade física, depressão e qualidade de vida. Em conclusão, programas físicos para SCO baseados em exercícios aeróbicos são seguros e podem ser uma estratégia terapêutica para melhorar diferentes marcadores de saúde em SCO.
