Abstract
This paper is focused on the validation evidence from an evaluative research in a natural context, about the use of EFO Model (a model of occupational training evaluation), for evaluating specific programs of occupational and vocational training directed to social risk groups (women, young people and over 40 years old long-term unemployed). All this means to show the program metric quality and utility in relation to the uses they were designed for. Therefore we explain three study lines to achieve the main research objective:
• Study contextualization.
• Checking of differential functioning instrument and its adaptation.
• Evidence capture for the determination of score interpretation system.
