Autoeficácia dos professores de educação física: como contribui para o alcance dos objetivos gerais do desporto nacional?

Autoeficácia é a crença de que se pode realizar as tarefas necessárias para atingir objetivos específicos. A autoeficácia dos professores é crucial no ambiente da educação física para promover o envolvimento ativo na consecução dos objetivos do Grande Projeto do Esporte Nacional (DBON). Este estudo tem como objetivo examinar a autoeficácia de professores de educação física e como isso afeta sua participação na implementação do DBON. O método de pesquisa utilizado foi o levantamento descritivo com abordagem quantitativa. A amostra da pesquisa foi composta por 40 professores de educação física do distrito de Cilacap, do ensino fundamental, selecionados por amostragem aleatória. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários que mediram o nível de autoeficácia e participação dos professores nos programas DBON. Os dados foram analisados por meio de técnicas estatísticas descritivas e inferenciais. Este estudo revelou que a autoeficácia média dos professores de esportes para contribuir para o alcance dos objetivos do Grande Design Esportivo Nacional (DBON) relacionados ao aumento da cultura esportiva na comunidade foi de 90,78%. Além disso, a autoeficácia média dos professores de desporto relativamente à capacidade, sinergia e produtividade das conquistas desportivas nacionais é de 88,12%. A autoeficácia média dos professores de desporto em relação à melhoria da economia baseada no desporto é de 87,08%. Esses resultados indicam que o nível de autoeficácia dos professores de educação física está na categoria moderado a alto. Existe uma correlação positiva significativa entre a autoeficácia dos professores e o seu nível de participação nas atividades DBON, onde os professores com um elevado nível de autoeficácia têm maior probabilidade de participar ativamente em programas de desenvolvimento desportivo nas escolas e comunidades. A conclusão deste estudo é que o aumento da autoeficácia dos professores de educação física pode contribuir significativamente para o sucesso da implementação do Grande Design Esportivo Nacional. As recomendações incluem formação e workshops para melhorar a autoeficácia dos professores, bem como apoio escolar e governamental para facilitar a participação activa dos professores nos programas DBON.
