Resiliência psicológica e desempenho sob pressão: um estúdio de jugadores de badminton de elite - uma revisão sistemática

A resiliência psicológica é um fator crítico que influencia o desempenho dos atletas em muitos desportos, incluindo o badminton. Este estudo pretende rever sistematicamente a bibliografia existente para compreender a relação entre a resiliência psicológica e o desempenho dos deportistas de elite do badminton. Os antecedentes da investigação detalham a importância dos factores psicológicos no contexto do desporto, especialmente a baixa pressão competitiva. Centrado nos jogadores de badminton de elite, o estúdio teve como objetivo identificar a coerência e a variação nos resultados das investigações anteriores e detalhar as implicações práticas para a formação e treino dos atletas. Os materiais e métodos de investigação incluem um desenho sistemático com critérios explícitos de inclusão e exclusão. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica exaustiva para identificar estudos relevantes que cumprissem os critérios de inclusão. Um cuidadoso processo de seleção de estúdios foi concluído e os dados foram extraídos para análise sistémica. Os métodos de análise de dados utilizados incluem a síntese dos hallazgos de vários estudos, especialmente a metanálisis quando foi apropriada. Os resultados apresentam os principais objetivos em relação à relação entre a resiliência psicológica e o desempenho dos atletas de badminton de elite. A análise dos resultados de vários estudos ajuda a aliviar a coerência desta relação, ao mesmo tempo que reconhece a variação que pode produzir devido às diferenças no contexto competitivo e às características dos deportistas. As implicações práticas destes resultados são explicadas no contexto da formação e no treino dos atletas de bádminton para melhorar a sua resiliência psicológica sob a pressão competitiva. Esta investigação fornece uma base para desenvolver estratégias de treino mais eficazes e treinar os atletas para melhorar a sua resiliência psicológica, melhorando assim o seu desempenho para um nível de elite. Como tal, este estúdio fornece conhecimentos científicos e orientação prática para o potencial desenvolvimento dos atletas de badminton de elite com baixa pressão competitiva.
