O efeito de diferentes tipos de intensidade de natação no aumento dos níveis séricos de fosfatase alcalina específica do osso de camundongos machos obesos (Mus Musculus)

A obesidade pode interferir no processo de remodelação óssea, o treino é uma solução para proteger a densidade óssea. Porém, o treinamento e sua intensidade na remodelação óssea através do biomarcador Fosfatase Alcalina Específica do Osso (BALP) na obesidade ainda não foi amplamente estudado, portanto sua eficácia ainda não está clara. O estudo experimental envolveu 24 camundongos (Mus musculus) que foram induzidos com frutose a 30% uma vez ao dia durante 60 dias. Os ratos foram agrupados em 4 grupos de acordo com a intensidade do treinamento, sendo eles, grupo controle sem treinamento (K1), baixa intensidade com carga de 3% do peso corporal (K2), intensidade moderada com carga de 5% do peso corporal. (K3). , enquanto a alta intensidade foi realizada com carga de 7% do peso corporal durante 70% (K4) da duração máxima. Todas as sessões de treinamento foram realizadas com frequência de 3 vezes por semana e, em seguida, foi realizado um exame de comparação pós-teste dos níveis de BALP. Quanto aos níveis médios de BALP (ng/mL) em cada grupo pós-teste, o grupo controle teve resultado de 15,77±3,10, para treinamento de baixa intensidade com valor de 13,92±2,23, enquanto para o grupo de treinamento de intensidade moderada de 13,11 ±1,67, já que o maior aumento foi no treino de alta intensidade com valor de 21,10±3,70. De acordo com o teste de diferença honestamente significativa (HSD) de Tukey, o grupo post hoc de treinamento de alta intensidade foi significativamente diferente dos demais grupos (p ≤ 0,05). Todos os tipos de treinamento de intensidade analisados neste estudo aumentaram os níveis de BALP, principalmente no grupo de treinamento de alta intensidade que teve um aumento muito significativo nos níveis de BALP. Portanto, o treino e a sua intensidade influenciam no aumento do metabolismo ósseo.
