Os elementos físicos melhoram o desempenho do tiro com arco?

Resumo

O tiro com arco é um esporte que utiliza uma série de coordenação da parte inferior do corpo para manter o equilíbrio estático na parte superior do corpo, que é então projetada para atirar flechas no alvo. Este estudo teve como objetivo determinar as diferenças na condição física de atletas de tiro com arco nas províncias de Java Oriental, Java Ocidental e DKI Jacarta no XX evento multievento da XX Semana Nacional do Esporte (PON) em Papua. Um total de 27 atletas de tiro com arco como sujeitos de pesquisa foram divididos em 3 grupos: Java Oriental, Java Ocidental e Jacarta. A coleta de dados utilizou testes físicos, incluindo o teste Superman Back Hold (SBH), força de preensão manual direita (HGR) e mão esquerda (HGL) e testes de equilíbrio estático. Os resultados do teste one-way ANOVA mostraram resultados significativos para todas as variáveis ​​(p ≤ 0,05), e o teste post hoc HSD de Tukey mostrou que o grupo East Java teve os melhores valores de SBH, HGR, HGL e equilíbrio estatístico em comparação com o Oeste. Java e Jacarta. Concluindo, a província de Java Oriental tem atletas de tiro com arco com melhor condição física, suporte de costas do Superman, força de preensão manual e equilíbrio estático do que as províncias de Java Ocidental e DKI Jacarta.
