Tomada de decisões sobre talentos esportivos para o crescimento econômico endógeno: Talents Colombia

Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a relação entre a tomada de decisão na gestão do talento humano desportivo e o crescimento económico endógeno. Foi utilizada uma metodologia com abordagem positivista baseada na análise quantitativa utilizando ferramentas bibliométricas como Prisma, coocorrência de citações, índice H, coautorias e análise fatorial, entre outras. Além disso, foi realizada uma análise qualitativa para identificar os fios comuns e as relações entre as categorias de pesquisa, o que permitiu o desenvolvimento de um modelo de relações conceituais. Para concretizar esta relação, foram inicialmente apresentados os elementos conceituais individuais de cada categoria e identificados os pontos de cruzamento que contribuem para a gestão do talento humano. Como principal conclusão, constatou-se que a gestão do talento humano é essencial na gestão estratégica organizacional, e requer a tomada de decisões em áreas como recrutamento, seleção, formação, remuneração e desenvolvimento de competências dos trabalhadores. Estas decisões, relacionadas com o talento humano ou com os clientes internos, são complexas e centram-se atualmente em dimensões como a resiliência e a redução do stress laboral, entre outras estratégias. Em conclusão, este estudo destaca a importância da gestão do talento humano desportivo no contexto do crescimento económico endógeno e destaca a necessidade de tomar decisões estratégicas nesta área para o sucesso organizacional. Os clusters obtidos representam diferentes dimensões e abordagens do crescimento económico endógeno, abrangendo aspectos ambientais, sociais, tecnológicos e locais. Ao considerar estes aspectos em conjunto, procuramos compreender e promover o crescimento económico sustentável baseado em recursos internos. A necessidade de melhorar esta relação na Colômbia também é demonstrada.
