In today’s society, it is necessary to strengthen the commitment of public and private agents so that they have measures and programs that favor the conciliation of personal, family and professional time of citizens. With a view to highlighting good practices in the field of work-life balance, a study of three cases belonging to the Santiago de Compostela region was carried out with the representation of the local administration, the business network and the associative movement. A documentary review was carried out based on the information available on their websites and semi-structured interviews were conducted with those responsible for the respective work-life balance programs. The analysis of the information obtained provided in-depth knowledge of the set of measures and programs offered, their strengths and weaknesses, the economic and social impact they produce in the territory and in family life, as well as the benefits they generate for the organization itself. It is concluded that these are initiatives which, from their respective fields of intervention, and in spite of the aspects that should be improved, respond to good practices in terms of conciliation aimed at achieving greater social equity.
