Abstract

In a context of economy’s globalization, organizations have to face important challenges to maintain their position in a highly competitive market. An important factor to face these challenges is the human capital, because it is the actor of change and innovation into organizations. Continuous training is the main strategy to develop human resources in a learning organization. Training needs detection is the first steep of training planning, and it depends from it efficacy of training results. We present a new approach to identify needs, an approach coherent with nowadays trend to involve people into all organization’s processes: this is the collaborative model. We present such model and describe the positive experience of training identification needs in Doctors without Frontiers.
