A STUDY OF A MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION CENTER IN THE CEUTA´S CITY FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

This study has as general objetive the evaluation of quality management of a multicultural educative center of the Autonomous City of Ceuta. In this way, we started with the center context and we make a Cuestionary as starting point of our investigation to obtain the biggest konwledge of the center organization. Then, we used discussion groups to reflect on data obtained from the Cuestionary and to establish priorities to propose processes of improvement in the educative center.
