VIOLENCE IN ITALIAN EDUCATIONAL CENTRES: THE BULLYING PHENOMENON

Abstract
The article analyses the question of violence in the educational centres, a greatly current topic in Italy, and indication of an increasing youth unrest. Among many possible expressions of student violence, bullying is one of the most worrying. The various literature and studies carried out on the subject, witness that specific interventions at educational level are required in order to prevent and reduce the problems related to the violence at school, mostly by promoting an ethic of coexistence, dialogue and respect.
