Este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar o impacto da fadiga muscular na biomecânica da amplitude de movimento articular (ADM) em atletas de badminton através de uma revisão sistemática da literatura e meta-análise. A fadiga muscular pode afetar o rendimento desportivo, principalmente em movimentos dinâmicos, como agachamentos e picos. Utilizando o método de Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (SLR) e PRISMA, este estudo identificou e analisou 9 artigos científicos das bases de dados Scopus e WoS publicados entre 2019 e 2024. Foi realizada uma meta-análise calculando a Diferença Média Padronizada (SMD). Intervalo de confiança a 95% (IC 95%). Os resultados mostraram que a ADM da articulação coxo-femural diminuiu significativamente após a fadiga, com uma SMD de -0,56 (IC 95%: -0,76 a -0,36), aumentando o risco de lesões musculares nos adutores e abdutores. Por outro lado, a ADM do tornozelo não apresentou alterações significativas entre as condições pré-fadiga e pós-fadiga (SMD = 0,06, IC 95%: -0,13 a 0,25). Para a articulação do joelho, foi encontrada uma heterogeneidade significativa entre os estudos com um valor de I² de 52% e um SMD global de -0,01 (IC 95% -0,28 a 0,26), indicando que o efeito da fadiga na ADM do joelho foi inconsistente. Este estudo conclui que a fadiga muscular desempenha um papel crucial nas alterações biomecânicas que podem aumentar o risco de lesão em atletas de badminton. Recomenda-se que os treinadores implementem intervenções como o alongamento dinâmico e o rolamento de espuma para reduzir a rigidez muscular e manter a ADM ideal durante os jogos. Este estudo fornece uma base científica crítica para o desenvolvimento de programas de prevenção de lesões baseados em evidências.
