Desenhar um modelo de aprendizagem inovador para as competências fundamentais de lançamento e receção usando a abordagem de jogos de ensino para a compreensão (tgfu) no ensino primário

Resumo

Esta investigação centra-se na melhoria das competências fundamentais de lançamento e receção dos alunos do ensino primário através de um modelo de aprendizagem inovador e eficaz, baseado na abordagem Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU). Os métodos tradicionais de educação física muitas vezes não conseguem envolver os alunos, especialmente aqueles com capacidades motoras subdesenvolvidas, resultando numa menor participação em atividades físicas. Este estudo teve como objetivo projetar e validar um modelo de aprendizagem baseado em TGfU especificamente para alunos do quinto ano, seguindo o processo de desenvolvimento de Borg e Gall, que inclui etapas iterativas de teste e refinamento. Os instrumentos utilizados para medir as capacidades de lançamento e receção incluíram avaliações de desempenho e listas de verificação observacionais. O estudo foi realizado em três etapas: teste inicial com 20 alunos, teste do produto principal com 100 alunos e teste de eficácia com 36 alunos. A validação de conteúdo atingiu 91% e a validação de especialistas em media foi de 85%, com os questionários de praticidade e envolvimento dos alunos a pontuarem 92,5% e 95%, respetivamente, em testes de pequena escala, e o interesse dos media atingiu 96% em testes de grande escala. A normalidade e homogeneidade dos dados foram confirmadas através de testes de normalidade (p > 0,05) e homogeneidade (p > 0,05), indicando que os dados estavam normalmente distribuídos e homogéneos. Os resultados do teste t emparelhado (sig. 0,000) demonstraram uma melhoria significativa nas capacidades de lançamento e receção dos alunos, confirmando a eficácia do modelo de aprendizagem desenvolvido. Estas descobertas validam a abordagem baseada no TGfU como um método superior para envolver os alunos e melhorar as suas capacidades motoras na educação física.
