Resumo

O voleibol é percebido como um esporte fisicamente exigente que envolve mudanças rápidas de velocidade, desaceleração e alterações repentinas na direção do movimento. Tem sido enfatizado que atributos fisiológicos como VO2máx, PIF, PFE e CVF desempenham um papel crucial no desempenho atlético de pessoas que participam de esportes dinâmicos, ajudando-as a lidar eficazmente com situações críticas. Portanto, o objetivo desta pesquisa foi avaliar o impacto do treinamento resistido nos parâmetros fisiológicos em atletas de voleibol. Um ensaio clínico randomizado foi realizado com 24 jogadores do sexo masculino (idade média de 21,58, DP±2,46 anos). A avaliação das características fisiológicas envolveu o uso de um espirômetro seco para medir o VO2máx e o teste de aptidão multiestágio para avaliar PFI, PFE e CVF. Uma análise ANOVA bidirecional foi realizada para determinar quaisquer disparidades nos parâmetros fisiológicos do pré-teste ao pós-teste. Os resultados indicaram variações notáveis ​​nas características fisiológicas (VO2máx, PIF, PFE e CVF) entre os participantes do voleibol após a implementação do regime de intervenção Tabata. Essas métricas são essenciais para melhorar as capacidades fisiológicas e alcançar desempenhos atléticos superiores. Ao desenhar regimes de treino, é essencial ter em conta os elementos fisiológicos funcionais alinhados com as exigências específicas do desporto.
