Autorregulação da aprendizagem online em estudantes universitários durante a pandemia de Covid-19: o caso da Educação Física, diferenças entre sexos

A autorregulação (AR) é um processo importante para atingir objetivos académicos, mas sensível a fatores pessoais ou externos, como o ambiente. Assim, os relatórios de RA podem variar consoante o ambiente ou área educativa selecionada, como a educação física (EF); para além dos instrumentos para a sua avaliação e de fatores imprevistos, como a pandemia da COVID-19. Assim sendo, o objetivo deste estudo foi determinar os níveis de Autorregulação Online (ARL), por sexo, durante a pandemia de COVID-19 em estudantes universitários da área da EF. A amostra (N=787) selecionada por conveniência foi constituída por 361 mulheres (45,9%) e 426 homens (54,1%), com idade mínima de 18 anos e máxima de 49 anos, média de 21,17 ±2 ,91. O instrumento de autorrelato Self-regulation of Online Learning Questionnaire (CAAL), versão espanhola, foi respondido de forma anónima. Os resultados da análise de variância bidirecional, com correções de Greenhouse-Geisser e Bonferroni, indicam uma diferença significativa, p < 0,001, entre os fatores de autorregulação, exceto: estabelecimento de objetivos não significativamente diferente do fator de autoavaliação; a autoavaliação não é significativamente diferente da gestão do tempo e da procura de ajuda. Para a variável sexo não se verificaram diferenças significativas, p = 0,096. A interação entre as variáveis também não foi significativa, p = 0,666. Os resultados não mostram diferenças significativas por sexo em termos de ARL; mas com as mulheres a reportarem níveis mais elevados do que os homens para cada uma das seis subescalas da CAAL.
