This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic stabilization exercises single leg press and single leg straight deadlift with the medicine ball on leg muscle strength and balance. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a matching only design. A total of 36 men with an average age of 16 years and an average BMI of 19-20 kg/m2 participated in this study. The inclusion criteria in this study were being male and willing to take part in the training program provided. The exclusion criteria in this study were subjects who were overweight. Subjects were divided into 2 groups, namely the press leg dynamic stabilization group and single-leg deadlift dynamic stabilization group. The treatment was given for 8 weeks 3 times in 1 week. The results of this study reported that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in all groups (K1 and K2) (p<0.05). It can be concluded that leg press and single leg straight deadlift exercises with a Medicine Ball can improve strength and balance. We recommend that these exercises be included in the exercise program. Future research suggests combining various training programs with varying ball sizes.
