Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o efeito de exercícios de estabilização dinâmica, single leg press e levantamento terra reto unipodal com medicine ball na força e equilíbrio dos músculos das pernas. Este tipo de pesquisa é quase experimental com um design somente de correspondência. Participaram deste estudo um total de 36 homens com idade média de 16 anos e IMC médio de 19-20 kg/m2. Os critérios de inclusão neste estudo foram ser do sexo masculino e ter disponibilidade para participar do programa de treinamento oferecido. Os critérios de exclusão deste estudo foram indivíduos com excesso de peso. Os sujeitos foram divididos em 2 grupos, nomeadamente o grupo de estabilização dinâmica leg press e o grupo de estabilização dinâmica de levantamento terra unipodal. O tratamento foi administrado durante 8 semanas, 3 vezes em 1 semana. Os resultados deste estudo relataram que houve diferença significativa entre o pré-teste e o pós-teste em todos os grupos (K1 e K2) (p<0,05). Pode-se concluir que exercícios de leg press e levantamento terra reto unipodal com medicine ball podem melhorar a força e o equilíbrio. Recomendamos que estes exercícios sejam incluídos no programa de exercícios. Pesquisas futuras sugerem combinar vários programas de treinamento com diferentes tamanhos de bolas.
