Abstract

The overall low performance in mathematics of the Spanish students seems to be a constant in both the national and international studies over the last years. The objective of this article is to present the results of a cooperative project made in the province of Cuenca (Spain) with the purpose of improving the performance and attitude of the students in the subject of mathematics. Three didactics units for 4th level of ESO are designed, developed and evaluated following the principles of the Adaptive Education. The results clearly show that the designed strategies seem feasible in regular school contexts, whenever there is a team which is not only cooperative and implied, but also formed in theories of attention to the diversity.
