Neuromotricidade como recurso interdisciplinar. Justificativa teórico-prática pelo método BAPNE

Resumo

Após uma análise dos estudos publicados, encontramos uma evolução teórica dos conceitos de motricidade e psicomotricidade, rumo a um novo termo como a neuromotricidade. Esta abordagem inovadora da ação motora inclui as funções cerebrais envolvidas no movimento, especialmente funções cognitivas e funções executivas. A neuromotricidade como disciplina com corpo próprio e evoluída da psicomotricidade, propõe uma série de exercícios inovadores em que a dupla tarefa é uma de suas características. O método BAPNE (com mais de quarenta publicações indexadas na Web of Science) propõe recursos completamente diferentes das habilidades psicomotoras, nas quais a linguagem e a dupla tarefa estão sempre presentes em seu programa de alfabetização motora. A metodologia baseada na abordagem de desafios de coordenação para o nosso corpo e resolução de problemas para o nosso cérebro pode ser aplicada de forma interdisciplinar, misturando disciplinas como atividade física e ciências do esporte, música e aprendizado de um novo idioma, etc. Tudo isso estimulando atividades de movimento de complexidade crescente para o nosso cérebro. Por isso, o objetivo deste artigo é propor atividades práticas de caráter interdisciplinar para serem aplicadas em sala de aula.
