Efeito do treinamento pliométrico na força explosiva de meninas púberes jogando voleibol

Resumo. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar os efeitos de um programa de treinamento pliométrico sobre a potência muscular de meninas praticantes de voleibol (n = 78; idade = 12,18 ± 1,27 anos). Os participantes foram divididos, subdivididos de acordo com o grau de maturação em: grupo controle (GC = 48 com grau de maturidade 2 = 11; 3 = 19; 4 = 19) e grupo de trabalho (GT = 30 com grau de maturidade 2 = 10; 3 = 10; 4 = 10). Ambos os grupos realizaram 3 sessões semanais de treinamento de voleibol, adicionando 3 sessões de exercícios pliométricos ao GT que incluíam ziguezague, salto linear e salto em profundidade. Para a avaliação pré e pós-treinamento, foram utilizados os testes de Agachamento, Movimento, Drop Jump e Abalakov. A estatística do teste t de Student para significância pré e pós-treinamento (p <0,05) e também a análise da magnitude do efeito. Os resultados não relataram diferenças pós-treinamento significativas, apesar de registrar magnitudes de efeito pequenas e moderadas. Conclui-se que o treinamento polimétrico não gerou efeitos positivos na habilidade de salto de meninas púberes que praticam voleibol.
