Análise da concepção e implementação do currículo de educação física no ensino fundamental: um estudo bibliográfico

A educação física é um componente vital do currículo do ensino fundamental, que visa desenvolver as habilidades físicas, a saúde e o bem-estar psicossocial dos alunos. Várias abordagens foram aplicadas para atingir estes objectivos, incluindo a integração, bem como os desafios do currículo do ensino primário. Esta revisão teve como objetivo analisar sistematicamente a concepção e implementação de currículos de educação física nas escolas primárias com base em 20 artigos de pesquisa, com foco na identificação de práticas e desafios enfrentados. O método utilizado foi uma revisão sistemática utilizando as diretrizes Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Artigos de pesquisa relevantes foram identificados por meio de busca na base de dados Scopus utilizando palavras-chave específicas e seguindo critérios de inclusão e exclusão estabelecidos. A análise da revisão mostrou que as abordagens curriculares da educação física são diversas, como currículos baseados em saúde e mindfulness, abordagens de dinâmica ecológica, currículos alternativos, integração com modelos específicos e bases políticas com a intenção de impactar positivamente a sociedade. desenvolvimento físico, cognitivo, social e emocional de alunos do ensino fundamental. Além disso, essas abordagens também incorporam conceitos biomecânicos, estratégias de gestão de conflitos, integração de habilidades de pensamento e desenvolvimento de habilidades motoras. As preferências curriculares dos professores também foram encontradas nas suas opiniões sobre a implementação do currículo de educação física. A revisão concluiu que várias abordagens à implementação do currículo de educação física têm um impacto positivo no desenvolvimento dos alunos. A conclusão desta revisão destaca que um currículo de educação física eficaz na escola primária deve integrar uma abordagem holística que inclua aspectos físicos, cognitivos, sociais e emocionais. Também foi reconhecida a importância da flexibilidade curricular que permite a adaptação de acordo com as necessidades locais e individuais dos alunos.
