Quais as tendências no desenvolvimento da liderança compartilhada e na formação de habilidades de liderança para a vida por meio das atividades esportivas: uma revisão bibliográfica

Uma pessoa deve ter uma atitude de liderança como uma habilidade vital para si mesma. A liderança é formada sistematicamente desde a mais tenra idade até ao fim da vida humana, sendo uma delas a participação activa num clube desportivo. Um clube pode desenvolver-se graças às funções desempenhadas no desporto por atletas, treinadores, dirigentes e outros. Para vencer uma competição ou corrida é necessário que os atletas colaborem de forma extraordinária para atingir o objetivo maior, ou seja, a vitória. Muitos planos são desenvolvidos, implementados e avaliados. Este processo requer liderança dos membros da equipe em todos os níveis. Em última análise, este processo é internalizado por cada membro, tanto como membro como como líder direto, tal como acontece num clube desportivo. Este artigo mostra como essa liderança é formada. As bases de dados foram pesquisadas utilizando motores de busca Scopus ou Science Direct, entre outros, antes de proceder à análise utilizando PRISMA. A seleção final da base de dados da pesquisa foi realizada por meio da verificação de duplicatas, análise do título, da integridade do resumo do manuscrito e do título e conteúdo do artigo, resultando em 36 artigos. Os resultados mostraram que a participação ativa nos esportes, principalmente naqueles que adotam a liderança compartilhada, proporciona a experiência de se tornar um objetivo e visão de uma missão comum, de modo que cada integrante fique mais motivado a colaborar e dedicar tempo, energia e até dinheiro para alcançar esse objetivo. meta. Este processo requer habilidades de uma pessoa. Além disso, continuam a ser utilizados modelos de liderança autoritários e nativos. Obviamente, qualquer que seja o modelo de liderança aplicado, os participantes irão adquirir competências interpessoais, independentemente do que pretendam. Isto levará à liderança em outras áreas além do desporto, incluindo a educação matemática. Segundo evidências bibliográficas, são doze estudos que transformam a participação esportiva em valores benéficos para a vida; oito estudos que influenciam o comportamento da liderança na direção das organizações esportivas; Quatro estudos sobre liderança transformacional. Quando as pessoas participam em atividades de liderança ativa e assumem funções, ganham experiências úteis, que por sua vez terão um impacto positivo no desenvolvimento da sua liderança na vida.
