Análise de autoeficácia de treinadores extracurriculares de artes marciais de escolas secundárias de Yogyakarta: gênero e nível de licença de treinador

Resumo

Os treinadores são pessoas incrivelmente influentes que ajudam a produzir atletas excepcionais em programas extracurriculares de artes marciais nas escolas. A autoeficácia é um indicador chave da competência do treinador no processo extracurricular de treinamento esportivo em artes marciais. Os objetivos deste estudo são 1) determinar as diferenças nos níveis de autoeficácia dos treinadores de artes marciais nas escolas secundárias da Região Especial de Yogyakarta com base no gênero, e 2) determinar as diferenças nos níveis de autoeficácia dos treinadores. Treinadores de artes marciais em escolas secundárias na Região Especial de Yogyakarta, de acordo com licenças de treinamento. Esta pesquisa é um estudo comparativo. Participaram deste estudo 56 treinadores de artes marciais que ensinavam artes marciais extracurriculares em escolas secundárias da Região Especial de Yogyakarta. Os dados para este estudo foram coletados por meio de um questionário. Um questionário foi utilizado para coletar dados sobre a autoeficácia dos treinadores de artes marciais. O questionário é composto por dez afirmações com respostas que variam de 1 a 5. Os especialistas revisaram o questionário, cuja validade e confiabilidade foram validadas empiricamente. Para análise dos dados foi utilizado o teste t para amostras independentes, precedido por testes precursores de dados como o teste de normalidade de Shapiro-Wilk e o teste de homogeneidade de variância de Levene. A análise do teste t para amostras independentes dos níveis de autoeficácia segundo sexo apresentou valor significativo de 0,946 > 0,05. Estes resultados sugerem que não existem diferenças na autoeficácia entre treinadores masculinos e femininos. O estudo do teste t de amostra independente de autoeficácia baseado em licenças de formação produz um valor de significância de 0,032 < 0,05. Estas conclusões indicam que existe uma diferença nos níveis de autoeficácia entre formadores licenciados a nível nacional e local. Estas conclusões podem ajudar formadores, administradores e decisores políticos a estabelecer melhores programas de formação.
