Períodos sensíveis de desenvolvimento da flexibilidade na idade escolar

Resumo

O objetivo é identificar períodos sensíveis para o desenvolvimento acentuado da flexibilidade em escolares. Métodos: A pesquisa científica foi realizada em 60 escolas da cidade de Kirov, Rússia, de 14 de setembro de 2022 a 22 de maio de 2023. O experimento pedagógico envolveu 1.217 crianças (579 meninos e 638 meninas) do 1º ao 11º ano. da escola secundária número 60 Kirov, Rússia. Cada aula da disciplina “Educação Física” tinha duração de 40 minutos e era realizada 3 vezes por semana. Todos os alunos participavam do programa regular de educação física na escola. Todos os alunos realizaram as provas no início e no final do ano letivo. O nível de desenvolvimento da flexibilidade foi determinado pelo teste “Inclinar-se para frente a partir da posição em pé em um banco de ginástica”. O Excel foi utilizado para processar os resultados do estudo, o programa Biostatistics-2022 determinou a confiabilidade dos resultados do T-. Estudo estudantil. Resultados: Concluído o estudo, os indicadores médios em cada faixa etária aumentaram durante o ano letivo. Nos indicadores das crianças do início ao fim do estudo, houve um aumento significativo e significativo nos indicadores de flexibilidade na segunda série (+15%), na terceira série (+17%) e na quarta série (+15%), na terceira série (+17%) e na quarta série (+ 15%). Nas raparigas, observa-se um aumento significativo do valor no terceiro ano (+16%), no quinto ano (+14%) e no sexto ano (+15%). Nos demais períodos etários não se observa aumento significativo dos indicadores de flexibilidade (p>0,05). Conclusão: Como resultado deste estudo em larga escala, pode-se argumentar que o desenvolvimento específico da flexibilidade deve ocorrer em meninos de 8 a 11 anos e em meninas de 9 a 10 anos, 11 a 12 anos e 12 a 12 anos. 13 anos.
