Modelo de liberação progressiva de sprint de treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade (HIIT): seu efeito no aumento da velocidade, capacidade aeróbica e capacidade anaeróbica de atletas

Resumo

As habilidades físicas são um dos aspectos mais importantes que influenciam o sucesso competitivo de um atleta. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo determinar o efeito do modelo sprint-liberação progressiva do treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade (HIIT) no aumento da velocidade, capacidade aeróbica e capacidade anaeróbica de atletas. O método de pesquisa utilizado é uma pesquisa quantitativa quase experimental com desenho de pesquisa, ou seja, desenho de grupo randomizado pré-pós-teste. Uma técnica de amostragem proposital foi utilizada para determinar os sujeitos da pesquisa com os critérios de atletas de rugby entre 18 e 22 anos, que se exercitavam regularmente seis vezes por semana, eram saudáveis ​​e livres de lesões. Foram 20 atletas que se dispuseram a ser sujeitos da pesquisa e foram divididos em dois grupos aleatoriamente, ou seja, 10 atletas do grupo que realizaram o tratamento de Treinamento Intervalado de Alta Intensidade (HIIT) com modelo de Liberação Progressiva (PSRG). e outros 10 atletas. no grupo controle (GC). Tratamento HIIT modelo Sprint-Release progressivo por 8 semanas com frequência de treinamento 3 vezes por semana. Os instrumentos de pesquisa utilizados foram um sprint de 20 metros para medir a velocidade, um MFT para medir a capacidade aeróbica e um sprint de 300 metros para medir a capacidade anaeróbica. A técnica de análise dos dados utilizada foi o teste t para amostras pareadas e o teste t para amostras independentes, sendo utilizado o software SPSS versão 25. Os resultados do teste t para amostras pareadas, que comparou o pré-teste com o pós-teste no. O grupo PSRG (pré-teste vs. pós-teste), apresentou aumento significativo na velocidade (3,99 ± 0,231 vs. 3,87 ± 0,253 segundos, p<0,05), capacidade aeróbica (29,23 ± 4,026 vs. 31,81 ± 4,346 ml/kg/min, p< 0,05) e capacidade anaeróbica (75 ± 9,821 vs. 63,6 ± 6,736 segundos, p<0,05). Os resultados do teste t para amostras independentes mostraram que houve diferenças significativas entre o GPRS e o GC na velocidade, capacidade aeróbica e capacidade anaeróbica (p<0,05). Concluindo, o modelo HIIT Progressive Sprint-Release pode aumentar a velocidade, a capacidade aeróbica e a capacidade anaeróbica.
