Resumo

Este estudo investiga o impacto da atividade física na saúde física, comportamento e personalidade das crianças, levando em consideração as diferenças de status social em ambientes urbanos e rurais. Usando métodos mistos, combinamos pesquisas, observações e medições psicológicas para obter informações detalhadas. Com a participação de crianças de diferentes faixas etárias (12 a 16 anos) de ambos os bairros (urbano e rural), este estudo analisou o nível, frequência e tipo de atividade física que realizavam. Na avaliação da saúde física, foram levados em consideração não apenas aspectos físicos como aptidão física e índice de massa corporal, mas também fatores como padrões de sono e hábitos alimentares. Além disso, o comportamento e a personalidade das crianças também foram analisados ​​utilizando ferramentas de medição comprovadas. Este estudo visa descobrir diferenças e padrões significativos que podem surgir entre crianças urbanas e rurais em resposta à atividade física. Espera-se que os resultados deste estudo forneçam uma imagem aprofundada da complexa relação entre actividade física, estatuto social e bem-estar das crianças. A implicação prática deste estudo é desenvolver intervenções mais focadas para promover a atividade física em ambos os ambientes, tendo em conta o seu contexto social. Este estudo é uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (SLR) publicada na Web of Science, Transport Research International Documentation (TRID), Scopus, Medline e Google Scolar. Os dados foram analisados ​​por meio do processo de seleção de artigos utilizado no PRISMA. Ao apresentar estes resultados de forma abrangente, este estudo contribui para uma melhor compreensão dos esforços de saúde infantil em diferentes ambientes urbanos e rurais. As intervenções de actividade física foram eficazes na mudança de comportamento e na melhoria dos traços de personalidade das crianças, tanto nas áreas urbanas como nas rurais. A importância de adaptar as estratégias de intervenção em função do contexto ambiental recomenda mais investigação: incluir mais variáveis, considerar com maior profundidade os aspectos psicológicos e explorar o papel dos factores sociais no sucesso da intervenção.
