Modelo de aquecimento modificado: um estudo de desenvolvimento para jogadores de futebol após uma lesão no tornozelo.

Resumo

Lesões são comuns entre jogadores de futebol e os fatores de risco estão bem documentados na literatura. Isso porque o futebol é um esporte de alta intensidade praticado de forma repetitiva, como pular, correr e tocar nos adversários quando eles estão cansados. Este estudo teve como objetivo desenvolver um modelo de aquecimento para jogadores de futebol após lesão no tornozelo. Esse tipo de pesquisa foi P&D utilizando o método Borg & Gall. O desenho do ensaio incluiu duas fases, nomeadamente testes de viabilidade e testes de eficácia. Para a realização do teste de viabilidade foram selecionados 7 jogadores de futebol através de amostragem proposital, foi realizado o teste de viabilidade, em seguida foi revisado e deu-se continuidade à etapa de teste de eficácia. O teste de eficácia foi o teste final realizado com 15 jogadores de futebol. Com base nesses resultados, foi considerado viável o desenvolvimento de um modelo de aquecimento para ser utilizado como atividade de aquecimento para atletas após lesão no tornozelo. O modelo de aquecimento de tornozelo pós-lesão foi eficaz na redução da dor e na melhora da capacidade funcional, com percentual de eficácia de redução da dor de 70,57% e percentual de aumento de função de 23,24%. Com base nos resultados dos dados obtidos no teste em larga escala e no teste de eficácia, pode-se concluir que o modelo de aquecimento para jogadores de futebol após lesão no tornozelo pode reduzir os níveis de dor e melhorar as habilidades funcionais. , portanto pode ser aceito como um aquecimento. modelo que pode ser usado para tratar lesões no tornozelo. Evidencia-se também que a efetividade da escala de dor e a capacidade funcional obtiveram valor de significância inferior a 0,05, ou seja, 0,001.
