Revisão sistematizada: Avaliação isocinética na avaliação esportiva dos membros superiores.

Objetivo: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática para identificar os estudos que durante os últimos dez anos utilizaram equipamentos isocinéticos em esportes onde a extremidade superior é a base de sua prática, para fornecer uma visão atualizada e detalhada de seu uso, metodologias e variáveis utilizadas. em seus resultados. Métodos: Foi realizada uma busca sistematizada de informações de 10 anos, através do PRISMA, nas bases de dados: Scopus, Web of Science, Pubmed, CINAHL, utilizando termos combinados: "isokine-tic", "upper extremity", "superimmembro" , "esporte", "exercícios", "membro superior". Resultados: Foram identificados 9.406 artigos nas bases de dados para revisão, dos quais apenas 46 foram selecionados com base nos critérios de inclusão. Dentre os esportes avaliados, 25 artigos correspondem a esportes com arremessos acima da cabeça (basquete, vôlei, beisebol, handebol, entre outros), seguidos dos esportes paraolímpicos com seis artigos (basquete e vôlei). Esportes como natação, judô, levantamento de peso, pólo aquático ou esportes combinados completam a lista. Os músculos rotadores do ombro foram os mais avaliados e a modalidade concêntrico-concêntrica a mais utilizada. A variável momento ou torque é a mais relatada, mas as metodologias de avaliação e velocidades selecionadas diferem significativamente entre os estudos. Conclusão: As metodologias utilizadas são variadas (ou seja, seleção de velocidade, tipo de contração muscular, posicionamento e dominância), e a sua seleção nem sempre foi orientada para a funcionalidade da prática desportiva. Além disso, observou-se que alguns estudos necessitaram especificar a modalidade isocinética utilizada, deixando uma lacuna nas informações relevantes dentro dos métodos de estudo e afetando sua replicabilidade futura.
