O efeito do treinamento resistido focado em exercícios de fase excêntrica e intervalados em jovens jogadores de futebol

Resumo

O sistema cardiovascular, a força, a velocidade e a agilidade são essenciais para o melhor desempenho do jogador de futebol. Para isso, encontrar o melhor e mais curto caminho sempre foi um desafio. Portanto, este estudo tem como objetivo examinar o efeito do treinamento resistido focado em exercícios intervalados e de fase excêntrica sobre força, agilidade, velocidade e força cardiovascular em jovens jogadores de futebol. 40 jovens jogadores de futebol estão divididos em dois grupos. O grupo controle (GC) recebeu apenas exercícios típicos de futebol (do seu treinador), e o grupo experimental (GE) experimentou exercícios excêntricos combinados com treinamento aeróbio intervalado. Para mensurar força, agilidade, velocidade e força cardiovascular foram realizados o teste de agachamento, o teste T, o sprint de 60 metros e o teste de Cooper, respectivamente. Para comparar o pré-teste e o pós-teste foi utilizado o teste t para amostras pareadas e para comparar os dois grupos foi utilizado o teste ANCOVA e a análise não paramétrica de covariância Quade. O teste t para amostras pareadas mostrou diferença significativa entre o pré e pós-teste na força e frequência cardíaca em ambos os grupos. Porém, não foram observadas diferenças significativas na velocidade e agilidade no GC. Porém, no GE houve diferença significativa entre o pré e pós-teste nas variáveis ​​velocidade e agilidade. Além disso, de acordo com os resultados da ANCOVA e da ANCOVA não paramétrica Quade, houve diferença significativa entre GC e GE em todas as variáveis. O treinamento aeróbico excêntrico e intervalado pode ser mais eficaz do que os exercícios típicos de futebol em termos de força, cardio, velocidade e agilidade. Os jogadores de futebol podem usar este programa de treinamento para melhorar fatores físicos essenciais.
