Esta pesquisa analisa o impacto dos modelos de aprendizagem cooperativa do tipo STAD e dos modelos de aprendizagem convencionais nos resultados de aprendizagem das técnicas básicas de passe no voleibol. O estudo foi realizado entre os alunos da Escola Secundária Estadual 1 de Siak Hulu no ano letivo 2023/2024, utilizando uma técnica de amostragem aleatória para selecionar um total de 72 alunos. Os participantes foram divididos em dois grupos: um grupo controle e um grupo experimental, cada um composto por 36 alunos. Análise auxiliada pelo SPSS 26. O resultado de significância de 0,000 < 0,05 é significativo. Os resultados indicam que a utilização da técnica STAD melhora significativamente o aprendizado e o domínio de habilidades específicas do voleibol, superando os resultados obtidos através de estratégias convencionais. O modelo de aprendizagem cooperativa do tipo STAD permite que os alunos colaborem, compartilhem ideias e avaliem respostas coletivamente dentro do grupo, proporcionando uma abordagem simples e fácil de entender. A ênfase é colocada no domínio das técnicas básicas do voleibol como um fator crucial para o desempenho individual do jogador. Los factores que afectan al compromiso de los alumnos en el aprendizaje del pase superior incluyen aspectos internos (comprensión limitada del material, práctica incorrecta y ejecución desordenada) y factores externos (enfoque de aprendizaje de los profesores y limitaciones de espacio, tiempo de clase y tamaño da classe). Estes resultados sublinham a importância da adoção de métodos de ensino eficazes para otimizar as experiências de aprendizagem e os resultados dos alunos nas técnicas de passe no voleibol.
